About Graber Heating & Air

Graber Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business that recently celebrated 80 years of serving Iowa City and surrounding areas. It was founded in 1938 by Dan Graber who partnered with Lennox in 1946, and later sold the business to his son Lynn Graber. Barry purchased the business in 2003 and was the President until he passed away in Early 2024. The company is now owned and operated by the 4th generation, Shawn & Shane. Dan, Lynn, and Barry insisted on treating their customers like family, a tradition that the Graber Heating & Air team is still proud to uphold.

The Graber Heating & Air staff maintains and installs new air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and other equipment for residential applications. Graber Heating & Air is proudly partnered with Lennox, a furnace and air conditioner manufacturer located in Marshalltown, Iowa. In addition to Lennox equipment, Graber's team works on all varieties of equipment such as AO Smith, Rheem, Rudd, Gree and Weil-Mcclain and more.
